Monmouth County Superior Courthouse
The Monmouth County Superior Courthouse is located at 71 Monument Park in Freehold, New Jersey. The Courthouse is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. There are seven criminal superior court judges in Monmouth County. The Honorable David F. Bauman, P.S.C.J., is the presiding criminal judge, the Honorable Lisa P. Thornton is the assignment judge. The other criminal judges are the Honorable Richard W. English, the Honorable Vincent N. Falcetano, the Honorable Leslie-Ann M. Justus, the Honorable Honora O’Brien Kilgallen, the Honorable Joseph W. Oxley and the Honorable Thomas F. Scully. The Criminal Division is located on the first floor, directly inside the east wing entrance.
